1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of coffee and perishable goods, we do not accept returns on:
- Coffee beans or ground coffee
- Open or used brewing equipment
- Gift cards
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and supporting photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
3. Equipment Returns
Unused equipment may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and unused.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank.
